Users

This demo database is defined with a Sales Director and two teams.

Sales Director

The Sales Director has a complete access (view, edit, delete) to all data created by both teams. You can log in as a Sales Director with the following credentials:

• username: robert,
• password: 123,

Team 1

The first team is defined with a Team Leader and four Team Members. As mentioned before, the Team Leader has a full access (view, edit and delete) to the data produced by his team, while a team member can only edit and delete his own data.

The credentials:

• ed, 123 (team leader),
• john, 123,
• cate, 123,
• sansa, 123,
• arya, 123,

Team 2

The second team is defined with a Team Leader and three Team Members.

The credentials:

• cercey, 123 (team leader),
• jaime, 123,
• tyrion, 123,
• tywin, 123,

Dashboard

if you log in as cate, you gets the following dashboard. The graph shows the evolution of your opportunities over the period (here from January 1 to December 31). The table on the right gives the details.

If you click on an element of the graph, you get on the right the situation of your opportunities at this date:

And if you click on the graph (outside an element), you get again the evolution of your opportunities over the period.

Accounts

When you click on Accounts in the upper left menu, you get the list of your accounts.

If you click on a specific account, you get the details for this account:

If you click on the Team submenu, you get a list of contacts associated with that account. And, if you click on a contact, you get details about that contact.

And, if you click on the Opportunities submenu, you get the lists of opportunities associated to this account.

Contacts

When you click on Contacts in the upper left menu, you get the list of your contacts.

If you click on a specific contact, you get the details for this contact:

If you click on the Coworkers submenu, you get a list of co-workers. And, if you click on a contact, you get details about this contact.

And, if you click on the Opportunities submenu, you will get a list of opportunities associated with that contact.

Opportunities

When you click on Opportunities in the upper left menu, you get the list of your opportunities.

If you click on a specific opportunity, you get the details of that opportunity with the list of contacts associated with that opportunity.
